Resumen:
My aim is to outline Schutz?s idea of ?phenomenological sociology? as a science dealing with the natural relative conception of the world held by human groups. In this view, phenomenological sociology does not deal with individuals (as frequently alleged) but with groups and memberships. Specifically, since it deals with the relative natural conception of the world taken for granted by groups that can force their views upon other groups as socially or politically imposed relevances. In the following, I will portray the subject matter, the main concepts, and the task of Schut?z phenomenological sociology as found in the papers of his ?American years?.
