Resumen:
In this paper several causal Information Theory quantifiers: Shannon entropy, statistical complexity and Fisher information measure are applied to describe the behaviour of a rotating machine. An experiment was conducted at Instituto Tecnologico de Buenos Aires (Argentina) where a rotating machine run balanced, i.e. state one, and after a misalignment, i.e. state two. All the causal Information Theory quantifier applied are capable to distinguish between both states and grasp the corresponding transition between them.
