Resumen:
We present a resonant Raman scattering investigation of optical phonons in
strained Ga0.85In0.15As/AlAs superlattices grown along [001] and [311], the latter presenting
built-in piezoelectric fields. The Raman configuration required to separate the deformation
potential and Fr¨ohlich contributions to the scattering are described and evidenced in resonant
and non-resonant experiments.
