Cavity polariton mediated resonant Raman scattering

We present a phenomenological extension to the factorization model used to describe cavity polariton mediated Raman scattering, which takes polariton dephasing effects due to cavity-photon and exciton damping into account. The improved theory explains recent experimental results.
