Hopf Bifurcation's in Two-Phase Flows

In this work is analitically studied the dynamic of a boiling blow channel, in which the dominant forces are friction pressure losses and the government equation is the momentum equation. In this case, it is shown that a Hopf' bifurcation appers when the exit frictions are dominants. So, a subcritical (diverge behavior) bifurcation or a supercritical bifurcation (sostainable oscillations, called as density-wave) can be observed.
