Resumen:
Theconduction characteristics of La1/3Ca2/3MnO3films grown by pulsed laser deposition were investigated. The top and bottomelectrodes of the metal-insulator-metal structures are Ag and Pt, respectively.The devices exhibit bipolar resistive switching effect with intermediateconduction states achievable by the application of appropriate positive andnegative voltage pulsed ramps. The current-voltage curves are modeled using anextended memristive approach. Two equations are considered: one for theelectron transport based on the double diode equation and a second one for thememory state of the device obtained from the solution of the generalizedlogistic differential equation.
