Resumen:
1-The GSH increased level in erytrocytes indicates that the apoptosis is inhibited in this pathology by incremenet of GSH and inhibition of BCL-2. G6PDH Increased SOD increases in response to oxidative damage in the AF, 3- patients there are differences with respect to normal for some enzymes and other, makes us suppose that certain antioxidant mechanisms prevail: detoxification of forming dismutase (SOD) and secondarily peroxide (CAT and GPx), on one hand, and on the other, counter constant and intense formation metaHb (G6PDH) to the low concentration of intracellular Hb, observed an increase of 3- ceruloplasmin, copper transporter, which could contribute to the action of SOD, 4-very increased activity compared to normal (double) of G6PDH, not the other antioxidant enzymes makes us assume the main road stress oxidative: metaHb formation, membrane damage, hemolysis, 5-exposed relations between G6PDH and Hb, MCV and RDW imply that the further aggravation of anemia is parallel to oxidative damage
