Resumen:
The physical properties of perovskite materials can be affected by interface mismatch. This offers the possibility to tailor the properties of multilayers materials based on these oxides. The structural and electrical transport properties of thin GdBa2Cu3O7-d   / Ba1-xSrxTiO3 / La0.75Sr0.25MnO3 trilayers (GBCO/BSTO/LSMO) were studied. It is found that the conductivity presents photoinduced phenomena, evidenced as abrupt “jumps” between two well defined states when sweeping temperature under illumination of white light. It is also found that the characteristics of the phenomena are very dependent on the mismatch at the GBCO/BSTO and the BSTO/LSMO interfaces.
