Spectral analysis of MT data measured at the Tucuman basin.

Durinq 1990 a magnetotelluric survey have beenperformed in the Tucuman basin at the north-eastof Argentina. Sprectal analysis of data in theinterval 0.1-200 sec have been made using theconventional periodogram method. Though a goodestimation has been achieved, the errors were insome cases important.To detereinate if this kind of analysis may beimproved we have adapted a robust processingmethod to the selected range of frequencies andthe resu1ting spectra were compared with the onespreviously obtained.
