InArgentina, the project for the construction of a new multipurpose researchreactor called RA10 is rapidly progressing. This project started officially inthe Argentinean National Atomic Energy Commission (CNEA) in June 2010 and isbeing designed and will be constructed together with the Argentinean technologycompany INVAP S.E. The new reactor, with a power of 30 MW, will offer newneutron based capabilities to the national scientific and technological system.However, a small research/school reactor located in Bariloche Atomic Center,the RA6, have had a neutron imaging instrument under regular use regime since2012. We present here some results obtained during the last two years in thefacility at RA6, and the last ideas and Monte Carlo simulations around theconceptual design of a neutron imaging instrument to be installed in the futureRA10 reactor hall.
