Memory effects in phase separated manganese oxide based compounds

We have measured electric transport and magnetic properties on different manganites exhibiting phase separation, i.e. submicronic coexistance of ferromagnetic (conductive) and charge ordered (insulating) regions. We summarize some recently obtained data on polycristaline smples: half doped La0.5Ca0.5MnO3, A site doped (LaPr)5/8Ca3/8MnO3 and B site doped La0.5Ca0.5(MnFe)O3. Features asociated to memory effects on these phase separated compounds are presented and discussed.
