MOS differential dosimeter with better than one miligray resolution

This work presents results of MOSFET differential dosimeters under a novel biasing technique. The reading circuit uses active load to improve radiation sensitivity. This allows to achieve better than one miliGray resolution using ~600 nm MOSFET as radiation sensing pair.
