This work analyzes the distribution of some chemical parameters (inorganic nutrients) in the South-Western Atlantic Ocean and Antarctic Sea. The oceanographic information was collected during 2001, 2002 and 2003 summers in the frame of the joint Argentinean-French Project “Argau”, onboard of the icebreaker "Almirante Irizar". Seawater filtered on Whatman GF/F filters was stored in bottles at –20 ºC. Inorganic nutrients were analyzed both with an autoanalyzer (NO3-, NO2-, and SiO32-) and manually (PO43). In coincidence with physical data, variations of nutrients concentrations evidenced the main frontal zones of the Argentine Continental Shelf and Antarctic Ocean.
