Resumen:
A novel technique to control isomerization of molecules of LiCN using an external electric field is presented. Our method allows us to travel along the energy spectrum as function of an external electric field, following sequences of diabatic and adiabatic transition trough the avoided crossings. The main idea of the strategy is based on the control technique that we recently developed for a system of double quantum dot with two interacting electrons inside \cite{prl}.
