Resumen:
Herein, we report the development of several example structures that contain appendages of varying functional capacity which can be strategically assembled using standard disulfide coupling, by exploitation of a C-terminal cysteine sulfhydryl group on the peptide itself, or via 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition (Click) chemistry.
