Resumen:
NbC thin films have been obtained by means of PLD technique using NbC powder compacted target. The films have been characterised by X-ray Diffractiona dn SEM-EDX. Microhardness was used in oder the compare the mechanical properties of the different films obtained under different PLD conditions.
