Resumen:
A robust analysis approach based on the computation ofvalue set boundaries is presented. In the first part, the calculationof the boundary of regions corresponding to uncertainpoles, zeros and delay plants is extended to moregeneral parmmetric factorizable uncertain systems. In thesecond part, based on the Tree Structured Decomposition(TSD) concept, the operation (+, -, x, / ) among boundariesof simple value sets is studied. Using this approach,we present a procedure which computes the boundary ofeven more general value sets, in polynomial time and withoutincrementing the total amount of input data. Althougha w-search needs to be made in all these -cases, the computationtime at each frequency is performed in polynomialtime.
