The studies carried out in the sedimentary deposits in the south of Campo de Talampaya, Ischigualasto - Ischichuca Basin by means of seismic stratigraphy are used in this paper to define major depocenters of the Supersequences or second order Cycles. The Supersequences corresponding to Carboniferous - Lower Permian, Upper Permian - Triassic and Tertiary periods, its depocenters, development and changes through geological times related to tectonic events that affected the basin are analyzed. It is determined a migration of the major depocenter from West to Northwest and from here toward Northeast.
