Resumen:
We study the coagulation reaction A + A → A with probability of
reaction p in a one dimensional lattice. We try to extend a method for
the case p = 1 used by C. R. Doering and D. ben-Avraham [Phys. Rev.
A 38, 3050 (1988)] to obtain the density of A particles as a function
of time. After some approximations we obtain a solution for all values
of p that compares very well with numerical simulations.
