The TOROS (Transient Optical Robotic Observatory of the South) project at Macón range and its sinergy with ABRAS

The TOROS project will be develop a dedicated telescope for optical transient detection of EM counterparts of GW sources like merging neutron stars. We review the nature of this sources, models of emission, probabilities of detection by the ALIGO/AVIRGO colaboration and the nature of the survey and data analysis to be carried. Nest we discuss the sinergy between TOROS and the ABRAS telescopes in order to do follow-ups of the most important detections and understand the nature of kilonovas and other sources.
