In this presentation we examine the emergence of inhomogeneities in neutron star matter at subsaturation energies dubed "Nucelar Pasta. This structures can be classified as "gnocchi", "spaghetti" "lassagna" and their "anti" counterparts We show that this effect is related to the competition between nuclear interaction (within the CMD) and the Coulomb Terms (treated in the Thomas Fermi Screening approximation). But we also show that "pasta like" structures are also present hen no coulomb is present. We show that in this last case, the typical scale is fixed by the size of the simulation cell but not by the potential term.
