This summary report has been compiled by the Advisory Committee and the Secretariat to provide MoP4 with a succinct overview of progress that has been made with implementation of the Agreement since MoP3 and to recommend a set of actions that should be undertaken in the next triennium to further the Agreement‟s objective. The full report, containing a detailed summary of information provided by Parties, is provided in MoP4 Info 04, „Report on Progress with the Implementation of the Agreement on the Conservation of Albatrosses and Petrels 2008-2011‟. The framework of Section 1 of this report follows that of the Action Plan within Annex 2 of the Agreement and has been prepared on the basis of information provided by Parties, Range States and BirdLife International. Section 2 provides a review of changes in the status and trends of the albatrosses and petrels listed under Annex 1 of the Agreement. Section 3 identifies difficulties encountered in the implementation of the Agreement
