Resumen:
Magnetic and structural properties of soft magnetic materials with nanocrystalline structure were studied. From Mossbauer Spectroscopy (MS) and X-Ray Difraction (XRD) we obtained the atomic composition of the nanocrystals in the magnetic material. In particular, we analysed Finemet type alloys with replacement of B by Ge. The studied compositions were: Fe73:5Si13:5Ge2Nb3B7Cu1 and Fe73:5Si13:5Ge4Nb3B5Cu1. The nanocrystalline alloys were obtained by isothermal annealing of the melt spun ribbons at 550 oC during 1 h. We calculated the magnetic contribution of the nanocrystals to the alloy were calculated using a lineal model and the results were compared with experimental measurements of the samples. 73:5Si13:5Ge2Nb3B7Cu1 and Fe73:5Si13:5Ge4Nb3B5Cu1.
