Resumen:
Fcg receptors (FcgRs) are differentially expressed on a variety of cells. Fc-FcgR interactions play a critical role in thebiological function of Immunoglobulin G (IgG) and can mediate several immunological mechanisms depending of the Fcg-bearing cellsinvolved. Particularly, various inhibitory activities of IgG against HIV detected in vitro may have an impact on sterilizing protection. Therefore, different immune activities mediated by well-known HIV-specific monoclonal Abs (MAb) were thus evaluated using differenteffector cells and HIV-target cells.
