The demands in Latin America on youth issues.

Higher education institutions are defined, not only for his activities in teaching and research fields, but also by extension functions and transfer of results to the field of social practice and socio as the generation and implementation of policies social, including youth. Production teams must find ways of knowledge transfer "tool boxes" ("Portfolio") theoretical and methodological to practical fields related to youth. From this perspective, institutions of higher education and research should define not only the transfer devices but also relieve the demand on specific topics of interest for policy makers as well as institutions, professionals and other staff working with youth.This paper shows the analysis of aggregate demand issues that could form an agenda for research and transfer of results for studies of youth in Latin America. From the analysis of 3 cohorts of the virtual course "Youth, education and work: New Trends and Challenges", developed by the Youth Program of FLACSO Argentina, define issues and potential areas of action for teaching, practice and research in part of an innovative model for organizations to exchange knowledge between different actors.
