Resumen:
Small heat shock proteins (sHSPs, 12?40 kDa) prevent irreversible protein aggregation induced by stress in different organisms [1]. Structural and functional characterization has been conducted on the family of human sHSPs (usually labelled as HSPB proteins), but some members are not well studied and association between them is still weak. In this work, we study the biological links and co-regulation of all known HSPB associating also functions related to their subcellular localization.
