Resumen:
Taking in account the links between anarchism and liberalism –verified principally in a similar concept of freedom, which leads them to a similar position in front of the State-, we want to underline the political inefficacy of these conceptions. This inefficacy ends in two different, and opposite, morals: on one hand, a moral used for principles; on the other hand, one used for facts. According to its principles, the anarcho-liberalism cannot goes from ethics to politics; hence, it is unable to accomplish a revolutionary –or, at least, progressive- politic; its practical result is necessarily a defeat, despite its aims. We want to stand the thesis that anarcho-liberalism is the background of the common sense of great sectors of the Argentinean middle classes; so, if we are right, this fact is an impediment for the political organization of these classes. The aim of this paper is to criticize this conception and its practical results. In order to do that, we use de hegelian concept of “negative liberty”.
