Resumen:
Epistemologists and philosophers of mind have been discussing about the nature of perceptual content, whether it is conceptual or not- for more than two decades. Arguments in favor of perceptual non-conceptual content proliferate everywhere (Cussins 2003; Peacocke 1998, 2003a 2003b; Kelly 2001, 2003; Evans 1982; Dretske 1981; Stalnaker 2003; Martin 2003; Heck 2000, 2009; Crane 1998). In his paper "What is at stake in the debate on non-conceptual content?" (2007), Bermúdez identifies what it seems to be a new argument for non-conceptualism, namely, what he calls a "master argument" for the non-conceptual content of perception. In this brief paper I want to evaluate that argument and the associated remarks made by him.
