Resumen:
Plasticity is the capacity of plants to adjust their growth to environmental changes. Slight temperature increases prompt Arabidopsis seedling growth via auxin synthesis. In addition, these conditions also induced the accumulation of the molecular chaperone HSP90, stabilizing the auxin co-receptor TIR1, crucial for auxin signaling. Nitric oxide (NO) is a key molecule implied in the regulation of different auxin-dependent physiological processes. This work aimed to determine if NO contributes to modulating auxin-mediated growth in a temperature-changing environment in Arabidopsis.
