Resumen:
The aluminosilicates materials, Na-AlSBA-3 and Na-AlSBA-16 were synthesized, with aim to apply in the design and preparation of nano-composites. The novel Na-AlSBA-3 (we have not find information reported about the aluminated material) and Na-AlSBA-16 are synthesised in our laboratory. They materials were exposed to equilibrium vapours from liquid aniline to obtain aniline saturated hosts. We could observe when the aniline is adsorbed into the material one H-N-H bending and two C-C ring stretching vibrations can be observed. Mesoporous polyaniline/SBA-3 and polyaniline/SBA-16 composites were prepared and their physical properties were investigated. The polyaniline (PANI) was polymerized inside the pores of the mesoporous material by a post-synthesis process. The composites obtained by an in-situ polymerization technique, has been characterized by infrared spectroscopy. The characteristic PANI bands are present in spectrums obtained by FTIR. The PANI/Na-AlSBA-16 composite posses the best amount of emeraldine salt (Stretching [quinoid/ benzene ring] = 0.56) than PANI/Na-AlSBA-3 composite.
