Novel viral agents cause various diseases, and old viruses that cause abrupt, readily distributed outbreaks may reappear or recover virulence, posing a global public health problem These viruses often lack effective chemotherapies or vaccines or defy popular medications, making antiviral drug discovery difficult Broad-spectrum antiviral medicines targeting cellular structures reduce viral drug resistance and displacement The use a colloidal template system to prepare nanoparticledispersions has the advantage, among other conventional systems, of the presence of small droplets, each acting as an individual template to form a single nanoparticle The main objective of this research is the preparation of polymeric nanoparticles as advanced delivery systems
