Autobiographical memories (AM) have been investigated as the ability to recollect specific events that belong to an individual?s past, based on a semantic and episodic combination. It represents a personal story, integrating and interpreting our knowledge of ourselves and the experiences lived with the environment. AM is influenced by different factors, including our own representation, objective, emotionality, culture, age, gender and ethnicity. In this project we study the retrieval process of neutral autobiographical memory, focus on age of memory (recent or remote) and other features like the level of detail in which individuals remembered the event, emotionality level, and the importance of the memories.
