Resumen:
In this work, we present two separate techniques to reduce temperature sensitivity and to rise CMRR in bulk-input low-power OTAs. We apply these techniques to a particular OTA design and results are simulated when it is working as an active resistor. Both methodologies achieve an improvement of an order of magnitude in the parameter they respectively optimize. Simulations are performed using a commercial CMOS technology of 180nm. The physical layout of the active resistor is also implemented.
