Resumen:
.The components of binary systems form from the same gas cloud at the same time and, hence, they share the initial chemical composition. Thus, binary systems are ideal laboratories to test how planetary formation, and/or other astrophysical processes (e.g., atomic diffusion), might influence the stellar composition. From high-quality Gemini-GRACES spectra, we present high-precision stellar parameters and detailed chemical abundances of a recently discovered planet-hosting wide binary system. Our analysis reveals that the primary star (A; which hosts a giant planet) is slightly enhanced in refractory elements (especially for those with Tc > 1400 K) relative to the secondary component (B; where no planets have been detected yet).
