Resumen:
This work presents the dye adsorption characteristics of different compounds consisting on montmorillonite (MMT) and differentmolecular weight chitosan (C), obtained by gamma radiation. A synergic effect was found for adsorption of an anionic dye, and thestructure of the compound depends on the chitosan´s molecular weight and content.
