Resumen:
This paper proposes to use Kinect ® as a tool for rehabilitation of Upper Limb in patients who have suffered stroke, in order to improve their therapeutic diagnosis. The Kinect sensor, through a natural user interface, has the ability to follow the joint positions, which allows us to recognize gestures and posture of the patient, for the construction of a specific rehabilitation protocol. Through the MatLab platform, a software able to determine the angular excursions of a patient in the rehabilitation process was developed, quantifying their evolution during treatment. In turn, the information obtained is presented through a graphical interface that enables the recording and storage of patient data.
