This work presents the development of a low cost assistive system, which allows the control of several home and entertainment devices. Different human computer interfaces were essayed, with the aim to adapt the capabilities of a disabled user to control the mouse or cursor. The electronic control of relays was made through a customized circuit and USB connection. Also, a friendly software was designed for kids entertainment and learning activities, specially for children with cognitive or motor impairments. Both systems were tested and well accepted by the volunteers.
