Resumen:
The synthesis of nanoparticles is a multifaceted process where a wide range of techniques are available for producing different kinds of nanoparticles. Taking this into account, not only pure nanoparticles but also composites or coated nanoparticles can be obtained. The coating on the core particle allows the specific surface modifications, increase the functionality, stability, and dispersion of composites nanoparticles, among others. In this work, copper-gold core shell nanoparticles (Cu-Au core/shell NPs) were obtained by using an Arduino® coded protocol and a multicommuted flow system. Thus, minimal amounts of reagents were needed and no harmful residues were generated. In fact, glucose was used as reducing and stabilization agent. The proposed method represents a cost-effective and environmental-friendly process. The obtained Cu-Au core/shell NPs were appropriate characterized by TEM, UV-Vis, dynamic light scattering, among others
