Resumen:
Corruptiontrials in Argentina take decades and often end in the statute of limitations. This article is based on qualitative interviews with Argentinean judges, prosecutors, lawyers, non-governmental organizations, representatives of thestate and journalists who were interviewed as experts in the field ofcorruption trials. Within the framework of a qualitative content analysis, itwas evaluated which central institutions play a role in the topic and whichproblems and possible solutions are seen by the actors. Finally, the resultsare viewed from a neo-institutionalist perspective in order to show theimportance of organizational processes in the protraction of the trials processesand thus to view possible reforms in a new light.
