Resumen:
In this chapter we will introduce the basic formulation of the DMRG. We will also delve on the extension of this method to calculate dynamical behaviour and show how this was implemented to enhance the performance of one of the most reliable methods to solve correlated matter, the Dynamical Mean Field Method (DMFT).
