Resumen:
The application of HP technology to water bottles for treatment against bacterial pollution and model contaminants was assessed, and the technology was tested on real waters from Los Pereyra, Tucumán. Plastic bottles with TiO2 on their wall an porcelain beads and small glass cylinders covered with TiO2 were used. The technology proved to be efficient both in syntetic and real waters. Further studies are necessary in order to improve the fixation of the TiO2 to the plastic or support material.
