Resumen:
In this context, the device of electronic music consecrates plural sex as an individuation theme beyond the comparatively slack norms and uses set by New Age spirituality, where sex is a result, a consequence and is explicitly taken into account, whereas in electronic music it is at the very core of the practices. The first adopts a therapeutic perspective for deviations of the norm, while the latter sees no deviation and accepts all alternative behaviors on equal footing. In this sense, the device of electronic music goes further than the New Age liberal program, though based on the same assuptions. However, what we intended to show in our study is the development of a musical style, of an aesthetic movement which was both cause and effect of one of the transformations that have characterized the last 30 years of Argentine history.
