The objective of this is paper is to show the analysis of the strategies of bioclimatic design adopted and the verification of the thermal-energetic behaviour of a case of rural house produced by the State in Chubut. The activities developed are: 1)Identification of the Work Area; 2) Climatic characterization; 3) Determination of Bioclimatic Strategies; 4) Description of the Architectonic and Technological Dispositions used; 5) Monitoring; 6) Computational Thermal Simulation with SIMEDIF; 7) Conclusions and Final Considerations. This work will permit formulate patterns and strategies that will orient adequate habitat design and production for this context.
