Resumen:
This chapter includes a description of two different techniques used to measure the renal blood flow in experimental animals: the measurement by hydrogen desaturation and the measurement with fluorescent microspheres. In addition, it explains the utility and the surgical procedures of these two methods, and shows some experimental results obtained in rats.
