The authors propose to reflect on the "metamorphosis of work" in dairy farms in the Villa María Dairy Basin (Córdoba, Argentina) as a result of robotization and automation of production. In this sense, they highlight the modifications in the "politics of the senses" that update the ways of touching and looking in the dairy farms, updating the demands of capital for the use of the labor force at the same time that new mechanisms of control and surveillance are introduced.
