Resumen:
Plots of an argentine soya field were treated with glyphosate or chlorpyrifos formulations at the commercially recommended rates. Soils were collected 24 h (t1) and ten days (t2) post-treatment. Neutral red retention time (NRRT) and Comet assay were assessed on coelomocytes of earthworms Eisenia fetida andrei exposed in laboratory during seven or 28 days to treated soils. A significant decrease of NRRT after 28 days exposure was observed for both pesticides. After seven days exposure significant NRRT decreases were also observed, except for glyphosate at t2. After seven days exposure to chlorpyrifos treated soils collected at t1 comet assay also showed being a sensitive indicator of exposure. These results suggest an impact of these agrochemicals on argentine soya fields.
