Resumen:
Pancreatic cancer is a highly deadly form of cancer with a poor prognosis due to theincidence almost equal to the mortality rate, with 5-year survival less than 9% forpatients, depending on the diagnosis period of the disease [1,2], and remains one ofthe most fatal malignant neoplasms worldwide today [3]. Pancreatic ductal adenocarci-noma (PDAC) is one of the most lethal solid tumors with a dense desmoplastic andspecifically aligned stroma, which plays an integral role in the progression of thetumor-inhibiting drug penetrations to prevent treatment [4]. The number of pancre-atic cancer cases worldwide in 2020 is 495,773, while the number of deaths is 466,003[5]. Surgical removal of the tumor is very difficult due to the location and structure ofthe pancreas in the body, so only about 10% of patients are suitable for potentiallycurative surgery [6].
