Resumen:
Argentina is a case of strong linkage between IHRL and domestic law, due to the detailed and elaborate constitutional framework. But, this could not have happened without case law giving meaning to this linkage (II) and the role of human rights movements, organizations, and defenders who have strengthened the effectiveness of human rights norms and the compliance with the decisions of international human rights bodies (IV), and some coalitions among Legislative, Executive and Judicial Power, which makes respecting human rights law as a matter of politics of state [política de Estado] (III). The subparts that follow demonstrate such interactions in dealing with two normative questions: the integration of IHRL and domestic law; and, the quest of compliance with international human rights rulings. https://www.e-elgar.com/shop/gbp/research-handbook-on-compliance-in-international-human-rights-law-9781788971119.html
