Resumen:
The present work is a comparative study of the prenatal development of two species of South American bats, Myotis albescens, and Eumops patagonicus. This study was realized using 60 specimens obtaining of wildlife. There are measured and photographed, and the embryonic stage was assigned whit the staging system created for Carollia perspicillata. Also in this study, the chorionic vesicle in each species had been described. In that two species, many similarities were found and found too, differences like the type of placenta and yolk sac. On the external morphological characters, differences of each family were found as the development of the pinna and uropatagium.
