Resumen:
Stemphylium lycopersici and Fulvia fulva are necrotrophic and non-obligateparasite fungal pathogens of tomato, respectively. The aim of this work was tostudy the VOCs profile of S. lycopersici and F. fulva. Stemphylium lycopersicireleased VOCs and we found that they were involved in triggering or provokingcell death of tomato leaves. Also, F. fulva synthesized an ample array ofsecondary metabolites but they were found to be unrelated with plants symptomsand therefore their biological roles remain to be elucidated.
